The Lotus Elise is a two-seater, rear-wheel-drive sports car that was first introduced by the British car manufacturer Lotus Cars in 1996. It is considered by many to be one of the best-handling sports cars of all times.
The car’s lightweight construction, consisting of an aluminium tub and composite bodywork, allows for a low weight of around 900kg. This, combined with advanced suspension technology, results in exceptional handling and performance.
